The TV was pretty small for a hotel, and the lamps were a hassle since you had to plug and unplug them. Hallways had a weird smell, but at least our non-smoking room was fine. For the price, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't super great either.

I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the easy access to my room. The staff were attentive and made me feel comfortable during my stay, which is important for someone like me needing extra assistance.

i loved how close this hotel was to both lee etta hoskins community park and st louis mercantile library, making my weekend city strolls quite enjoyable. The mattress felt super comfy which made resting after a long day a breeze. however, the hotel could improve on the overall cleanliness, as I noticed some areas needing more attention.

The staff was attentive and made the check-in process smooth despite a few hiccups. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was decent, but having more variety would have been appreciated. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to rest my head after exploring the area.
